I used to scoff at my aunt who had to have everything "all-natural" and "organic". It was weird and we all rolled our eyes at her. Until I got educated. Now, she is one of my major resources when I'm looking for something with clean ingredients. Why the change?
Our world, our daily household products, are loaded with carcinogens, neurotoxins, and endocrine disruptors and we see the damage right in front of us, but most of us ignore it.

Our young girls are reaching puberty at earlier and earlier ages, and instead of stepping back and asking "why", our medical system just changes their standard to what is considered "normal".

1. Fragrance, parfume, perfumes, any and all things with synthetic scents. REPLACE WITH essential oils and diffusers. Be savvy about buying these though friends, as the industry has been tainted with opportunists who try to push a synthetic version off as the "real deal" to get a piece of the billion dollar pie that is trending hard core right now. 

2. Cleaners. The greenwashing that happens in the cleaning aisle is disgusting. If you want a SAFE, natural, yet EFFECTIVE plant-based cleaner that you don't have to worry about calling poison control or using in a well-ventilated area, in a brand you can trust, keep reading. 

3. Medicine cabinet. There are 2 ways of dealing with ailments. You can suppress the body's immune response to shut off the symptoms, which usually creates more illness....OR you can support the body with the natural tools it is ingeniously designed to know how to use so it can repair and restore itself to its original design of perfection. 

Step 2: Flood the Body with Nutrients
Our body is wonderfully made to heal itself given the right tools. Unfortunately, our food is actually showing up to have nearly half of the nutrients it used to due to depleted soils and the way our food is transported from so far. It is really important to supplement your diet with a GOOD QUALITY nutritional supplement routine. BUT, buyer beware. For when I'm on the go or don't feel like loading the diffuser, I'll grab my WAV watch, set it to the calming setting and enjoy some soundwave therapy.
